As custodian of social media channels, you’ll be responsible for leading the creation of world class social content on a range of social channels. Partnering with content and brand managers to deliver social media content solutions that engages our audience and delivers on overarching communication objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain and execute the social media channel calendars, ensuring accurate and timely publication of planned communication
• Define channel and content strategies, communication style and oversee the implementation of the rollout.
• Feed into content teams’ campaign concepts with platform-specific strategies and content solutions.
• Work with the wider team to ideate and develop ideas for exciting new content formats and executions across imagery and videos.
• Develop calendars that support the wider team’s communication schedules and provide updates as required.
• Develop the influencer program and identify influencers to work with
• Partner with the content team to ensure cohesive application of the brand’s tone and visual language across all channels.
• Oversee the development of SLAs to manage customer feedback, liaising with customer service teams and community managers.
• Write creative briefs, and provide feedback on concepts and content delivered by our internal team and external contributors.  
• Build daily/weekly/monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to engage our audience, grow our following and foster positive sentiment online.
• Act as an on-the-ground feedback loop to the broader content and marketing teams; feeding insights from cultural moments and movements to trend spotlights and content formats.
• Constantly monitor social media channels for conversations, hashtags, and branded keywords to gauge trends and conversations that could present leveraging opportunities for brand visibility.
• Proactively respond to the social media landscape to evolve strategies in line with new platforms, features and functionalities, and content formats.

Role:

We are looking for a Product Partnerships Associate to join the team and ensure we are able to operationalise and optimise our product partnerships. We work closely with external partners, and you would work directly with them - the majority of whom are in banking operations. Your role will focus on managing operational requirements with our product partners and ensuring smooth delivery of services and capabilities. An ideal candidate will have the experience and initiative to work closely with Product, Legal, Finance and Operations teams to support our portfolio of product partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the operational requirements and administrative processes for Stitch to maintain banking and fintech product partnerships
• Own the process of onboarding new partners and work cross-functionally to get the necessary information and approvals in a timely and organised manner
• Escalate high priority issues to partners and own the resolutions and comms
• Document and track key milestones and deliverables with partners and actively flag and manage areas of concern
• Maintain knowledge of the stakeholder map at partner organisations
• Work closely with Product team to identify and source new product partnerships
